Our equipment cuts plates of up to 50t weight and 200 mm thickness with maximum dimensional accuracy.
Whether large-format parts for plant, structural-steel or mechanical engineering, or for boilers and pressure vessels - rely on us for just the right, totally accurate cut.
We cut your plates using numerically controlled flame-cutting machines in precise compliance to your drawings.
Working range up to 5,200 mm x 20,000 mm
Thicknesses from 4 mm up to 200 mm
If needed, also with weld edges, recesses/cut-outs and/or cleanly drilled holes; also stress-relieving annealing and/or machining of parts.
3D robot cutting to size of formed parts also possible.
On request, we can also supply formed parts and cut-to-size plates as a package or packages, and complete with other Dillinger products – all from a single source!
